If you are buying, selling or remodeling,
don't just assume that everything is currently OK. Have someone check out systems and structures. That is what home inspectors do. Have someone fly a Drone or walk the roof because you need a closer look. There Are several cases where the roof looked OK from the ground but a closer look found issues and damage.
